同平時三聖、西貢等等一樣,都係買完海鮮再加工,我地買左聖子、鮑魚、瀨尿蝦、大石斑、扇貝,煮法其實都差不多係standard,我地都唔例外。另外仲加左蜜糖雞翼(其實都ok,但唔算好特別,因為太肚餓,一黎就食晒,所以無影),菜只有油菜心同油生菜,兩樣都有叫,菜心好老,另外加左炒飯同伊面,仲有魚湯,但個魚湯比較淡口。總括而言,酥炸蠔好有驚喜,值得一試!
炸蠔係全枱都讚好,完全唔油,就算凍左都脆口;至於個魚骨炸完再炆,d骨脆晒再炆,好入味
甜同鹹味既配合,以及煮既時間都剛剛好,蝦仲好彈牙,鹹香提升左蝦既鮮味,另外佢開左邊方便碌殼
