To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日下晏去太古城朝庭飲茶。 隨意叫左幾個餸包括馬拉糕,黑糖馬拉糕,牛柏葉,蠔餅,魚頭,薄罉,布丁,紅棗糕同叉燒腸粉。 食物質數黎講其實都okay 蠔餅同紅棗糕算above average. 紅棗糕甜度同紅棗味啱啱好而蠔餅一直都系呢間酒樓其中一樣招牌菜。除左食物之外,值得一讚嘅系佢個新裝修比系而錢光猛,3-6 個人嘅桌比以前多左,雖然等位依然系要等好耐(通常公眾假期期間)。 總結而言,呢間餐廳作為美新集團旗下一個老品牌,食物質數相對穩定,但價錢就比較貴(可能系因為太古城)。 性價比黎講唔算高。
