To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 回大埔探兩老,一家人落街晚飯,6點就去食,去左太興,大埔太興出左名,好快就咩都賣晒,果然名不虛傳,6點已經賣晒燒腩、分蹄,所以我們叫2個小菜加半隻雞。隻雞做特價,好抵食,雖然味道一般,但價錢好抵。另外叫左個魚塊豆腐煲,魚塊ok,但好少。還有一個洋蔥豬排之類,不是我叫的,而且我唔想食,所以我無食到,唔知咩味,但阿爸一個人自己食晒成碟,相信味道唔差。全餐晚飯最好味食豬肺湯,豬肺好淋,湯夠熱,好好味,但其他餸就一般啦。吃飽離開時,見到門外已排了約15人左右,真是利害。
