To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 手拍青瓜($20)
手拍青瓜,入口十分清涼,青瓜處理得宜新鮮,仍然保持到青脆爽口嘅口感,調味亦都剛好,酸甜剛好,十分開胃!

蒜泥白肉($32)
同係台灣食嘅蒜泥白肉有D唔同,佢唔似傳統白肉咁多脂肪位,用左d腩肉位,肉比脂肪部分多,上面鋪上蒜泥、芝麻同特製微酸嘅醬油,入口非常香口。再夾埋青瓜一齊食,剛好中和食大量肉的油膩感,同時又可以保持我地嘅戰鬥力,廢事未食主菜先飽左。

宜蘭蔥油雞($63)
呢度菜令我諗起客家菜,客家菜都好鐘意放好多紅蔥加醬油去煮雞。呢隻雞煮得十分出色,原因有三!第一,雞件好嫩好滑同好冰涼,雞件應該手起刀落,刀刀有力,所以食雞時,唔會食到有碎骨,雞皮脂肪唔多,皮係爽口,入口唔會覺得肥膩,而肉非常之嫩滑唔會鞋口,就連最易煮到鞋口嘅雞胸都係滑,好食嘅;第二,醬油調味好食,紅蔥、乾蒜、芝麻、醬油調配比例得宜,味道唔會太咸;第三,就係價錢,$63食到半隻雞,隻雞唔係冰鮮雞,勁有雞味,而隻雞啖啖肉,非常之抵玩!

招牌紅燒牛肉麵($73)

紅燒牛肉湯湯底湯頭夠哂濃郁,牛肉同樣值得一讚,事關我唔鐘意食D全筋或者全肉嘅部位,而店位剛好俾左D半筋半肉嘅牛肉我,咬落有口感之餘,又有筋嘅彈牙口感係度,牛同白蘿蔔煮得夠腍夠入味,而麵身煙韌有咬口,招牌菜無失手,Good!

花枝丸拌麵 ($58)
花枝丸即叫即炸,所以上檯時出哂煙,入口脆卜卜,仲好彈牙好Juicy,同埋佢係有少少用鹽酥雞果種調味,所以好惹味,唔會覺得好似齋食炸粉咁。拌麵有滷肉、酸瓜同酸菜(男朋友叫走酸菜) 等,配埋D帶少少酸嘅醬油Mix埋一齊,又係另一道開胃菜,麵地就同牛肉麵果個一樣。

呢一餐我地食得好飽好滿足,一致裁定可以再戰!
