已經係Monster常客，前日星期六下午茶時間無咩人就囉左飛仔，點知個瘦waiter傻傻地，俾無囉飛嗰兩個人入去先，之後仲死撐話佢地有飛已經好火，俾人踢爆say sorry 都ok，最令人失望係裏面明明有位都唔執野，等左好耐成半個中先入得去，不過對其管理極其之失望! 食完都要分享下，真係唔會有下次，但都忍唔住要寫底，thanks I'm fans of Monster and recommended to many friends. However, I had really bad experience last Saturday. while i was waiting for the table, a coupon went in and skinny male waiter let them in without concerning if anyone waiting outside. I told that waiter that I came earlier than them but he response really mad.
What made me upset was they don't clean the table and we have been waiting for more than 5-10 mins. I was really disappointed with the poor service they provided and will never come back again. Thanks.
