之前睇東網都介紹過下呢間野,知道佢標榜米線係用冇味精湯底。平時食米線嚟嚟去去都係譚仔三哥同譚仔,貪佢大大碗又平。食耐左就緊係想轉下口味架啦,聽到呢間湯底好似好正又健康咁,地理位置方便,一於去試一試。今次我叫左碗招牌黑蒜雞湯米線 黑松露野菌豬扒飯 小食- 招牌黑金雞翼 爆芝黑松露燒大菇雖然碗米線叫做黑蒜雞湯,但係蒜味唔太重,相反雞湯味道適中唔會太濃,唔似出面街啲味精湯咁又濃又咸。成碗野食哂都唔會覺得好油好頸渴,份量亦都算大碗。比想象之中好食,啲湯仲要係好好飲。米線配菜:冬菇、雲耳、支竹、豆卜、時菜 唔覺唔覺就成碗湯飲哂!黑松露野菌豬扒飯黑松露味算強烈,豬扒咬落鬆軟多肉汁,唔會硬過頭,飯量仲好大碗添!下次如果可以多番少少汁就perfect啦。黑金雞翼(黑蒜雞翼)需時15-20mins開頭見餐牌寫住係招牌小食所以就叫左,雞翼外層鋪上了一層濃厚的黑蒜蓉,唔好睇佢黑麻麻咁,食落囗其實好juicy,啲肉滑得嚟又入味,非常惹味。 爆芝黑松露燒大菇 需時15-20mins熱辣辣令啲芝士溶哂落舊菇到,又重黑松露味,呢個真係必試!

黑松露味算強烈,豬扒咬落鬆軟多肉汁,唔會硬過頭,飯量仲好大碗添!下次如果可以多番少少汁就
