To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一不小心起了個這么俗氣的題目,不過要表達的意思卻直截了當:元朗的士林台灣牛肉麵實在是22年來吃過的最美味的一碗!牛肉入味亦鎖住少許香濃肉汁,燉得很夠火候十分易咬,牛肉的選材更是無可挑剔,每一塊也連著牛腱,無奈只有少少的三條,完全不夠喉…麵也叫人欣嘆,麵質挺身而筋斗,彈性十足而有嚼頭,佐以肉味濃郁的肉湯,不一會麵就被“報銷”了。鹽酥雞扒也不失所望,外皮酥脆又不是很油膩,雞皮尤其炸得香脆,咬出來的油脂真是叫我肥都肥得值了(真沒出息…)。雞扒本身是沒什么咸味,要加點椒鹽伴吃才更有風味。兩款都比較細份,但由于炸雞比較“頂”的緣故,也沒有追加。吃罷很膽怯的向TC申請:“我們畢業了在元朗租房子吧,這樣就能天天吃牛肉麵了!”他當然是飛個白眼兒給我…理解我這個沒出息到家的念頭吧。可恨我這等大陸人士要去到台灣來一碗地道的台灣牛肉麵談何容易,不如先在香港吃爽解饞吧!
