To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是咁的, 是日落大雨, 咁唔想周圍走所以幫襯香港名牌 ─ 大快活其實我係真心鐘意食大家樂,大快活,美心呢啲架又快, 又平, 又幾好食, 價性比都幾高咁我今次諗住好諗冇食過燒味,所以揀咗雙拼, 叉燒拼油雞瀨, 拼瀨粉, 濕濕哋, 容易入口啲佢哋幾好架, 為咗避免啲粉發漲湯係分開裝的食落, 個叉燒一啲都唔鞋唔老燒得幾好, 係有啲有少少燶但係燶得嚟都脆口油雞食落亦都蒸得幾靚唔會太老好鞋, 搞到肉質太實但係問題嚟嗱一碗瀨粉, 成碗湯, 食落啖啖都係碎骨咩事呢? 師傅把刀唔夠利切到成碗都係碎骨, 食得都真係很呢HEA吓

燒得幾好, 係有啲有少少燶
但係燶得嚟都脆口

油雞食落亦都蒸得幾靚
唔會太老好鞋, 搞到肉質太實
