咕嚕肉端上來時還是熱騰騰的,醬汁晶瑩通透,不會過稠,酸甜味剛好。
一件件炸得酥脆的咕嚕肉,外脆內嫩,咬下去還有聲音,但真正令我想寫下這篇食評的,是那幾塊暖暖的菠蘿,不是罐頭的死甜,而是微酸微甜、有果肉纖維感的那種😋😋
這份菠蘿咕嚕肉,唔貴,唔誇,唔花巧。但卻叫我想起放學後捧住膠兜,幾個人分一碟快餐,邊食邊笑嘅畫面😚😚
原來最經典的港式味道,
不是「懷舊」,是「一直存在」

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
