知道Sushi Take搬左去利園,就book定位星期日去試。原來新餐廳叫Ta-ke,因為唔只有壽司,仲有定食,天婦羅,同鐵板燒。一如既往,集團旗下既餐廳裝修真係無得輸。除左竹theme既半開放家庭房,仲有全私人既VIP房,Private得黎又唔會有種比人忽視既感覺。除左裝修,佢個wine list都幾impressive。尤其係佢個champagne同sake list,係香港黎講真係數一數二。果日book左壽司吧,試左佢個Omakase Set Lunch。 除左d杯杯碟碟夠令之外,我最中意佢擺壽司隻碟,有d衝動想帶番屋企。壽司用料好新鮮,而且壽司醬油飯濃度同軟度都岩岩好。魚生同飯唔會互相搶左大家既風頭。其中有幾款壽司特顯左哩到廚師既刀工同對出品既要求,令壽司食落去更加有層次感。Lunch分量好足,而且仲有柚子雪芭結尾,好滿足。下次有機會會試下佢個鐵板燒同天婦羅吧,睇下有冇佢地d壽司咁OK。
