To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日諗住小試牛刀去牛奶冰室食個lunch 。餐牌上面啲相就非常之吸引,咁我就叫咗一個蔥油叉燒飯加煎蛋喺面,一個咁嘅餐要$73,唔緊要,但係佢啲蔥油真係肉酸到不得了,同餐牌個樣完全唔成正比。叉燒食落都還算OK ,軟冧得來都係算係好食,不過佢呢隻叉燒就唔係我哋平時喺街嗰啲斬件叉燒。個飯就非常之硬,唔明點解佢要打滿壓實個飯😇煎蛋話係流心蛋,但係其實熟晒,同埋啲蛋漿流晒出嚟已經結埋晒,好似煮咗好耐凍晒咁嘅樣。講真,只可一不可再唔會再試,可能去啲早餐會好啲,食出前一丁或者公仔麵一定唔會出事。
