Restaurant: LIME FISH (Yan Tin Shopping Centre)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 剛同家人去下午茶,叫左炸脾紅豆冰,從未見過這樣比例的紅豆冰(如圖),向店員反映,對方話系公司規定的份量。我話這杯根本不是紅豆冰,只有稀奶水味道,很難喝,請對方試試。店員話這是你自己點的飲品。這是什麼店?這是什麼態度?於是我保持冷靜地向店員請求多加一點紅豆或換一杯檸茶,結果店員拒絕並問我想點,我話ok,不用換了,奶水也可拿走,我會上網反映,最後店員替我換了杯檸茶,本以為事情解決了,嚇然發現炸脾旁的沙律菜內夾了不少飯粒(如圖),在座也沒人點有飯的菜色,這飯從何而來,想一想馬上想吐,該不會是...。以後不再光顧了,水準一直變差,已到達不能接受的程度。
