To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次主題應該係泰國菜,除左沙津仲有熟食同冬蔭公。熟食有個煎魚,魚肉嫩口味道又少少酸辣,零舍開胃,可Encore之選


至於冬蔭公,見佢keep住煲無咩人拎都Feel到伏伏地,點知真係又咸又酸,飲左一啖唔想飲

麵檔餸有魚蛋、牛丸、紅腸、豆卜,面有2款(油面/河),湯有辣(喇沙)同唔辣。

喇沙味道頗香濃,不過配料就街邊貨式,如果想飲下湯,我會簡呢個多過上面講個冬蔭公

我自問都貪心,幾乎簡哂全部配料落生滾粥度(蝦,蜆,皮蛋等)都係無味⋯
早知就唔洗拎個牌俾佢,坐係度等佢上,辛苦waiter

拎左勁多花生都餸唔到碗粥,淡都不行。

終於可以講下有咩係比較值得食啦
德國腸同蜜汁燒火腿,前者香口多肉汁,後者燒得黎唔乾,隱隱約約食到蜜糖味。

臨完場叫左杯Latte,不過不失⋯咖啡有Latte,普通咖啡,Cappuccino 簡,都算係咁啦


最後最後,甜品區,算係回本位!特別係鐘意食
雪糕既人

有成十款Movenpick 雪糕食,難得可以一次過試哂D味!
有Waffle,不過一次整得4個,多人果時要等下。我去果日Waffle 抹茶味,自己係上面放球朱古力雪糕,唔錯
抹茶甘甘地,連埋d甜野,一冷一熱,Good match

其他生果呀甜品都係可食可唔食,比較好食少少係Blueberry Cheese Cake。

帶小朋友既朋友,呢度有個Candy corner放左唔少糖又安排左姐姐扭波波,唔知係咪日日有。

服務方面,預左多人(周圍個個用中銀優惠)服務係差D,加水收碟都要主動叫人。

人手其實唔係幾夠,有個廚師要同一時間睇麵檔,切魚生,切德國腸,真係辛苦佢


雖則星期六Lunch 中銀買一送一,兩個人去平均一人唔洗$210,但我都寧願俾多少少食其他算。

買一送一都係一次就夠。
