To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本身係幾鐘意佢ge, 見佢開左咁多年，舊街坊幫襯開，睇著佢大排長龍到愈來愈小人食，我地都唔打算再比機會佢哋啦，服務員如果唔換哂ge話e間野冇得救，上一次就態度惡劣對我哥，今次就玩野，我地埋單時企響收銀位，因為我冇現金，我就叫我屋企人比，我屋企就叫我八達通比，我話八達通好似冇咁多，成個過程個服務員睇戲咁，然後我話咁八達通試下，佢終於好寸咁回我一句: 只收現金點解成個過程你唔出聲講一句: "唔好意思我地唔收八達通" 都冇咁嬲，好似自己好醒咁比完錢後仲好輕佻咁講BYE~幫襯左咁多年，都係時候放棄佢啦唔會再去，你愈來愈小生意原來有原因，當然，你地都唔care, 你地d服務員開心就好
