To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實大概一個星期前已經打電話BOOK位, 聽電話果位員工都幾細心...一早提醒就算15個成年人都只會俾張12人台...同埋6點鐘到, 8點鐘要交台...星輝歡聚餐FOR 12位 (有13個送), 另加5個送...TOTAL 18個送....因為我地有15個人嘛... 一坐低, 已經夠逼, 不過我預左...但係張台布起哂毛粒, 其實已經冇咩食慾....我地一台15個成年人, 侍應只係俾1壺水...=_= 勘左半台人, 就已經冇哂水...問侍應拎多一壺...足足問左3個侍應, 20分鐘後先有...但當時個場一D都唔爆...唔明佢地點樣應付PEAK HOUR!!!??? 連點菜D侍應都係非常黑面...前菜來左之後, 開始有烏蠅飛來飛去, 其實我地又諗唔明...點解有咁多隻烏蠅??已經係商場裡面, 室內, 冷氣都算足夠, 加埋起毛粒台布, 我覺得似食緊大排檔...但係俾緊酒樓價錢...果個星輝歡聚餐講明係FOR 12位...前菜份量似分子料理啊~碟麻香雞唔好食不特止, 個份量應該得1/4隻雞, 我想問12位夠邊個食?我地1人都分唔到1舊...咁點解要擺落12人的MENU???個香煎豆腐雖然大碟

個香煎豆腐雖然大碟, 但有兩位長輩各夾左1舊豆腐, 食落口竟然係酸既...@@"

於是叫左侍應來取消......當然無論侍應也好, 經理也好, 都係黑口黑面啦....

講到個醉魚先係經典...一D酒味都冇...我地有半台人食完第一啖即LUR!!!!!!!

終於有位UNCLE忍唔住, 嗌左個侍應來問:

"點解可以咁難食既??? 你試一啖...(俾左對公筷佢...)唔緊要, 你試下先講..."

然後個侍應面無表情又走左唔理我地...結果又係不了了之....真係O哂咀....

每碟送, 我都係夾左1舊, 就冇夾第2舊了...除左海折頭係最好食之外....=_="

北京樓最出名應該係填鴨....其實北京樓我去過不下十次(不同分店)...

每次我起碼包3次來食!!食唔停口...今次隻鴨真係又DRY又冇味....

15個人, 竟然得1隻豉油碟大的青瓜&蒜心....又再一次O咀...=_=

我想講...尖沙咀間鹿嗚春雖然隻鴨太肥...但起碼有少少油光&配菜絕對唔小器...

另外那個牛展煲&宮保雞丁...好似CANNED FOOD...仲要係"碎上"

講真...埋單4000幾蚊...15個人食18個送...我8點鐘食完返到屋企9點正...

我仲要煮左個壽桃牌飽魚面+煎蛋+3塊午餐肉...我先有飽足感去訓覺...

唉...冇下次...我一樣會叫朋友千其唔好來... 唯有安慰自己呢4000蚊係當俾舖租囉~
