呢個餐都幾鬼豐富,一個炒麵不單止,仲有兩片餐肉加一碗粥,炒麵初食都唔覺得好油,食到接尾聲d油就浮出黎了,仲要係好油那隻!麻麻地,味道尚可,但係多油扣晒分,餐肉反而不錯,有兩片唔孤寒!餐肉煎過先上碟,煎得幾香口!今早叫左柴魚粥,粥一d都唔綿,無乜味,雖然唔係好稀,但係都唔覺得太好味,最出色係餐肉吧!不過呢個餐唔配野飲的,大家留意啦!


To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
