To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由細細個係大家樂食第一次燒鴨瀨,一食就愛上!所以平時我一想食燒鴨瀨就會去大家樂食。今日由於叫外賣拎番屋企食,所以都索左d湯。好彩瀨粉唔會點發脹,影響不大。燒鴨夠瘦夠多肉,好好咬口,外皮雖然唔脆,但係香料既味道好足夠。最後菜都只係食左一條,因為都偏老同硬,味道較淡。最重要湯底十分濃厚,不過食完好口渴。

燒鴨夠瘦夠多肉,好好咬口,外皮雖然唔脆,但係香料既味道好足夠。

最後菜都只係食左一條,因為都偏老同硬,味道較淡。

最重要湯底十分濃厚,不過食完好口渴。
