為了慶祝當上Section in charge (實情是被同事老屈), 本來想去銀杏館, 但一個set dinner要差不多4xx元, 結果還是選al dente, 就憑前星期天試完它的set lunch後決定它成為小弟的心水招待菜館.....甫一住場人很多, 空氣有點侷促, 因空調下午才洗完, 而且期間還漏水..... 環境扣一點分)點的菜式也是大路, 頭盤是意大利拼盤, 炸魷魚圈, 拼盤是一貫水準, 但炸魷魚圈的炸粉有點散, 沒有甚麼特別.主菜點了牛扒大蝦, 海鮮雜會, 燒豬肋骨, al dente招牌pizza, 菠菜闊面, 海鮮幼面等等, Pizza不錯, 皮很薄; 燒豬肋骨個人覺得肉太腍, 一夾就散, 雖然味道是有烤出來的味道; 意粉闊面的芝士味很濃, 不錯.......11xx的價錢吃到只有高級餐廳才有的意大利菜, 一定會繼續來.....
