To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早一日訂了位, 預留了一隻風沙雞...伙計下午打黎再CONFIRN BOOKING, 感覺幾好.. 風沙雞: 嘩! 一上台... 流晒口水.. 好多"風沙", 即刻諗起"火舞黃沙".. HAHA..真係好好味.. D雞肉夠晒嫩口.. 回味無窮南乳脆香鱔: 金黃色的脆皮, 包住仲有汁流出黎的鱔.. 食下又一舊.. 食下又一舊... 好好味!! 但個人覺得, 如果唔係點南乳.. 係用蜜糖掃上面, 會仲更加正!!!雞燉翅: 非常足料, $68一盅.. 算係咁椒鹽賴尿蝦: 稱起佢話有1斤, 上台時, 被媽媽揭發唔足稱! 比伙計A聽到, 通知伙計B, 伙計B走過黎話計少返幾兩.. ~ 唔足稱事少, 唔好味事大!!! 但伙計醒目, 加返少少分~~!!仲點了炒蜆, 什菜煲, 雲腿小棠菜.... 水準一般啦..!!~

南乳脆香鱔: 金黃色的脆皮, 包住仲有汁流出黎的鱔.. 食下又一舊.. 食下又一舊... 好好味!! 但個人覺得, 如果唔係點南乳.. 係用蜜糖掃上面, 會仲更加正!!!

仲點了炒蜆, 什菜煲, 雲腿小棠菜.... 水準一般啦..!!~
