今日一條友行完銅鑼灣買嘢,加上屋企無飯開,就去咗搵食呢到應該係新開不久,加上都係以燒魚做賣點,香港又好似好少日式燒魚專門店,決定一試先來啤酒爽一下餐廳環境唔算大,但就好有日本小店feel,侍應仲介紹當日有嘅魚類但最後點咗吞拿魚額頂柳 $288聽店員講吞拿魚額頂柳即係魚頭頂果塊肉部位,都算幾特別又份量少當師父即場燒時已聞到好香魚油味+30蚊仲可點餐會有麵豉湯刺身漬飯粉色嘅額頂充滿油香,油脂勁豐富而肉質超級嫩滑,用來配飯真係不得了
