響大埔有間食甜品嘅叫飯後甜品小店,聽聞特別新鮮好味,因每日即做,所以今次專程去試下。我今次點咗日本宇治抹茶凍配三色芋圓同埋綠茶雪糕一球。聽老闆娘介紹抹茶凍係由日本運來,比較爽口而且唔會太甜,而上面嘅紅豆蓉就煲得好冧而且紅豆係台灣紅豆比平常嘅大一倍口感一流,而且偏甜,撈埋果凍食啱啱好,口感又一流,三色芋圓就好qq好煙韌,唔同形狀及顏色令到個甜品層次好豐富,絕對係影相打卡之選,當然上面嘅綠茶雪糕 一定要講,令到成個甜品都好有日風,好似去咗一轉日本甜品舖食甜品咁。值得一提既係老闆娘講佢每朝晨早就煲各式各樣嘅糖水,一手一腳自己做合桃糊芝麻糊等,係人手打磨而成所以 口感絕對一流,而且每一啖都有 濃郁嘅芝麻或合桃味,而且佢哋嘅甜品紅綠燈(即綠豆沙、紅豆沙、芋圓)亦係食店推介。
