To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日怱怱忙忙,見到有間齋店,不用等位,一於試試。叫一個套餐$95,免費前菜,茶錢$8,還有免費糖水。雖說免費,但湯,前菜及糖水絕不欺場。先說前菜,有多款選擇,好像是5選1[太怱忙,沒留意],我選了拍青瓜及筍雲耳,入口很爽,帶點微辣,很醒胃。湯更是無得彈,不知道齋湯如何能煲到如此入味。湯料是猴頭菇煲,紅蘿蔔粟米及一種透明的食物[又忘記是甚麽],好味好食。主菜是金針雲耳蒸猴頭菇煲仔飯,飯餸分量很多,單單以菇類做煲仔飯,要掌握到煲仔飯精粹~~飯香,餸入味真的不易。以石窩上桌,金針雲耳猴頭菇及青菜等,好味到停不了口。還有飯焦,加上煲仔必有的豉油,飯香四溢。最後還有雪耳杏汁糖水,杏味濃郁,可惜太趕時間,未能細心品嘗。近期會多在銅鑼灣走動,一定再來。
