To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 牛角不嬲都有一定質素架啦。所以約埋一大班朋友開心聚會一下。但大家知道食放題類別，都係要等齊人一齊入座先得。好巧不巧，當我哋差不多齊人時，全場full house 了。真黑仔。真黑仔。所以當晚真係等左大約一個半鐘先有得入座。好巧不巧，美麗華牛角BUFFET隔離係一間夾公仔鋪頭。等咗咁耐，當然係入去朝聖一下。朋友好厲害，係夾公仔高手，夾到最高嘅分數喺清酒一支。所以當晚，大家都享受了一支1800 ml 嘅清酒。你十分盡興。今晚選擇了Level 4和牛放題，真心好味，最鐘意係超級多款式，每樣試一啖都已經飽啦。但黎得牛角，當然係主力和牛啦。個個都滿載而歸。個大肚腩呀。
