To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 這晚到了尖沙咀的上樓素食店飯局。以往對素食的印象是刻板又老派,但隨著近年來的新派素食餐廳興起,素食已經變得越來越多元化。這間「雅•悠素食」位於商業大廈的3樓。餐廳以紫白色為主調,予人舒服柔和之感。甜甜的紅火龍果肉粒,伴上藜麥和蔬菜,加以黑醋,甜酸開胃。另外還有四喜烤夫。手卷需要把握時間進食,因為紫菜可能會腍掉。紫菜脆口,包著香芒、牛油果、苜蓿芽。芒果非常香甜。苜蓿芽是芽菜類之一種,口感爽身,原來營養價值頗豐富,而且還是低熱量食品。餐湯有中有西,既然點了2份set dinner,就2款湯品都來嚐嚐吧。2款中,西式忌廉濃湯相對較吸引,可能是帶著濃郁的忌廉香味。而這一款入口就較清甜滋潤。材料一點也不吝嗇,盅內有黃耳、馬蹄、花菇等,雖然是素湯,但仍然很夠味。千層麵揮別傳統的肉醬,在素食版本下,夾心變成了牛油果、南瓜、紫薯、藜麥等菜蔬。入口還是有酸甜的蕃茄醬香味,最欣賞闊麵加了大量芝士焗製,有微微拉絲效果。不過千層麵的層數有點少,未夠千層呢。意大利飯用了餐廳調製的冬陰公醬烹煮,微辣之間又有點椰香,頗為惹味。飯粒夾雜了雜菇粒,煙韌中又有幾分彈牙,口感豐富。吉列蒟蒻頗有驚喜,以往對蒟蒻的印象是透明的
