終於有機會嚟這間英國倫敦人氣名店 — Duck & Waffle,係上年9月進駐了香港ifc。佢哋係餐廳週嘅「最佳A-class餐廳」,其餐廳週嘅3道菜午餐有招牌鴨肉窩夫喎 (HK$198/每位,另收10%服務費)前菜:18小時烤豬腩肉 (Grilled 18hrs Pork Belly)豬腩肉軟腍,一點也不肥膩,其參巴醬味道是甜中帶有少少辣,食落好開胃。點一些kewpie蛋黃奶油醬,多了些少酸味,面頭的豬油脆脆更豐富了口感。主菜:鴨腿窩夫 (Duck & Waffle) (+HK$100)這碟菜有特別食法㗎。首先把油封鴨腿起肉去骨,之後戳破個蛋黃,倒些芥末楓醬在蛋黃上、最後把窩夫、鴨腿肉、蛋一齊切到一口size食,這樣才會有多層次的美味味道。甜品:’芒果糯米飯’窩夫 (‘Sticky Rice & Mango’ Waffle)哈哈,又係窩夫,不過這碟配上好濃味嘅米味雪糕、新鮮酸甜芒果肉和脆米粒,好味呀😋最後埋單是HK$328,可以食到平時要俾HK$500先食到嘅3道菜,抵食👍🏻😋
