朋友同我慶祝生日,因為呢排食得多西餐,所以我話我想食上海野,朋友就帶我嚟咗呢一間位於登龍街V Point 26樓嘅豫園,係一間米芝蓮推介的上海食府。雖然店舖唔算大,但係裝潢舒服,樓層高,可以一邊食一邊看夜景,空間感十足!上海美食當中最鍾意食嘅前菜就係花雕紹興醉雞,酒味又香又濃、雞嘅肉質嫩滑!好味道!豫園推介嘅舟山海蜇頭,同一般嘅海蜇不同。舟山盛產海蜇,所以非常爽脆可口、加上香濃嘅麻油,非正式越食越開胃!食上海野又點少得小籠包呢!?外皮厚薄適中,同時能承托包內湯汁,真係皮薄多汁!再來一個燉湯,賣相相當吸引。鮮松茸火腿豬腱燉螺頭。材料十足、味道香濃!之後店員介紹咗一個魚嘅小菜~龍蘇鮮魚絲。一上枱較為驚喜,因為冇諗過魚都可以切絲的,雖然只是簡單嘅調味,但吃得出桂花魚的鮮味,加上芽菜和香蔥一起吃口感很有層次
