與舊同事吃麻辣雞鍋,這間 "隨變火鍋" 是最近新開的,居住港島的她日後又多了個選擇,位於二十三樓,開陽有海景,坐位寬闊,有房間、Bar枱,看到Bar枱放上了火鍋與爐,應可在那裡點吃;另外未下單已端枱上的雲耳小吃,可在醬油區內再添;有些食品可點一碟或一份(通常是4件),有大小份量供選擇,真是細心。燒牛舌心 $48 (甘香厚身爽嫩,中辣很美味)燒羊架 $38  (五乘熟,有點點肥,腍中帶點點羶味,中辣已把大部份的羶蓋掩)燒雞腎 $30  (煙煙韌韌,嚼勁十足)燒多春魚$38/4條   (魚身脹脹的,皮香肉實,不會燒至過乾)麻辣豬肚絲$48加上麻辣醬,花生碎的豬肚絲,煙韌有咬口。隨變麻辣雞鍋 一隻 $258中辣、料頭份量足,麻麻的感覺在口腔留連,煲上一段時間後,紅椒的辣滲透入湯中,很刺激(以往我們通常點小辣的) ,第一次仍可加辣湯,第二次已轉了上湯,雞肉鮮嫩,可能有醃製過,直至我們差不多吃完,雞件仍嫩滑。即劏田雞 $116點了兩份,端上枱時田雞的肌肉仍在跳動,新鮮無比,灼熟後鮮嫰啖啖肉,美味。(大)頂級手切牛頸脊 $308滿佈牛脂的牛頸脊,轉色即吃,軟嫩不膩,雖然牛味不及特級本地新鮮牛肉重,
