To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時食開果d日本涮涮鍋都係任食,不停refill豬,牛,雞,第一碟係最好味,但往往之後就⋯一般。行過海港城,諗住試下呢間溫野菜,見到都多人等,而且門面同餐廳裝修都幾日式。坐嘅時候要小心,因為行出行入要跨過條樑,坐耐左會唔記得,記得以免click倒。湯底係每人一鍋,我地今次揀左壽喜湯,其他主食都係散叫。秘傳月見壽喜湯 $29/每位 湯底唔太鹹,適中。每碟食物份量唔多,比起任食相對貴左d。鹿兒島黑毛和牛肩脊肉 $169 牛肩肉薄薄一片,見到肉紋分明,幾新鮮。丹麥雞腿肉 $35 雞腿肉肉質鮮嫩。熊本豚梅肉 $ 52 半肥梅肉好淋呀,唔怪得人地話梅頭好食啦。免治雞肉 $32 免治雞肉放左喺竹筒上,雞肉好滑。豚肉餃子 $29,八爪魚魚餅 $25 呢2款配菜都唔錯,平時Hot Pot都一定食。
