To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. $68一斤龍蝦, 菜單說是本地龍蝦, 未肯定蝦味如何, 穩陣計選用芝士焗。結果…足秤好大碟但如題蝦味好淡, 廚師企圖用糖去吊出鮮味, 結果成碟伊麵好甜。我不懂選購龍蝦, 朋友說眼仔碌碌就等如生猛, 不過, 這裡的龍蝦瞉是墨綠色帶黑斑, 眼珠像兩顆橡皮黑膠, 部長端生蝦上來時, 我根本分辨不出牠是生是死。另外要了蟹肉豆苗, 不是用蟹柳是用真的蟹爪肉做。豆苗不像苗, 大棵了點也韌了點。真的好多人叫龍蝦。菜單寫明, 特價龍蝦同燒鵝拼海蝦之間, 只可選一樣。大閘蟹$28一隻足五兩, 還有清蒸大鮑魚, 都見有好多人食。估唔到屋苑酒樓咁旺場。
