To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 太興好多時都係我既飯堂，須然價錢未必比一般茶記平，但勝在付出一元就真係比番一元既質素你今日放假瞓死咗，成14:00才起身，之後去屋企樓下既太興tea一tea先，上次食咗唔錯既干炒牛河，今日改食星洲炒米，加杯凍鎮奶茶48元下午茶星洲炒米稍稍比茶記貴，但我覺得合理，因為食落真係有分別，即炒出來送到我已被味道引到口水流，比較濃烈既味道啱我配料又多，中蝦有4-5隻而且並不是平時多用來炒飯嗰D冇味蝦，兩個字……好味冰鎮奶茶一直都保持到應有既水準環境在青衣海旁邊，一個悠閒而滿足既下午茶
