To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有朋自遠方來,我和太太問她想吃甚麼,她說想吃些地道一點的東西,太太便決定要來這裡。我想這間名店沒有可能walk-in就有位,不過出乎意料地,今晚(星期日)不多人,10分鐘左右已經有位,可能常客都去旅行避年了吧。我們三人,點了一個二人套餐。湯轉了為兩碗蛇羹。用料足,味道也好。外地朋友未吃過,有些擔心。不過吃下便喜歡了。兩個小菜其中一個要了燒味雙拼(叉燒和燒鵝),另外一個是玉子豆腐。燒鵝難得的好吃。馬蹄牛肉煲仔飯份量夠,味道也好,我自己再加一碗白飯,三人都吃得飽肚。埋單要509元,不能說是便宜,不過用料又好又足,有質素,確實是一分錢一分貨。
