To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本來都懶得寫食評,但真係太過分,6點半左右入到餐廳坐低叫咗一個炒河同鳳爪,等到7:15都淨係得嘢飲嚟咗,一齊入嚟嘅另一個男人都係乜都未有,另一台早過我哋入嚟嘅上菜仲遲過我。只係肚餓想快快趣食飽走人,結果就等到飽咗,河粉就話要炒,雖然唔知點樣炒足9個字,但鳳爪沙律都要等咁耐究竟係想點?一路觀察先發現原來佢哋淨係掛住做一張外賣單完全無理過堂食啲單。而且入到舖頭6點幾仲未有客就已經叫兩個一位坐埋一齊向我哋搭台,結果去到食飽離開餐廳入座率先得一半左右,眼見另一個男人等極都未有嘢上,終於有碟蝦餅上台原來仲要係落錯單,轉個頭就張碟蝦餅擺落我台,但我根本無叫,個職員仲要係到望住啲單話點解全部都係錯。咁樣嘅服務仲要加一服務費真係邊到嚟嘅自信,如果唔想做堂食就不如唔好開門啦,永遠無下次。
