To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 慢~慢~慢~我叫B餐沙爹牛肉肉麵。一個好地地既早餐，麵「林晒」，蛋又水汪汪咁，杯凍檸茶D冰溶晒，想點？人手唔多，等候時間又耐，30分鐘係到食都食完，只照顧堂食。問左幾次都話得，一個叫做出名既茶餐廳，得咁既速度，真係唔好整好過整。流程上又有問題，叫左外賣，要等樓面去收銀到拎單，係啦，拎完單以為好快有得食。點知又係等，等冇所謂，好啦，見到有外賣出，諗住好快拎到，點知整完之後就咁擺係到。根本冇人去入袋畀客，足足等左30分鐘，趕住返工既人就唔好食，因為你地一定會遲到。
