下午1點左右落黎食飯,叫4-5個點心加個蒸飯,叫左之後5分鐘出左兩個點心之後停晒,過多15分鐘第一次追單,男職員hea應一句就去廚房,無回音。第二次追單,另一男職員睇都唔洗睇就話蒸緊。
今時今日咁既服務態度真係好差

到15分鐘後再追老闆娘,原來漏單,同屋企人o晒嘴,眼見成班人好似第一日番工,乜流程都唔識,感覺上似第一日開鋪。結尾2個點心都係無黎。

結論,又話疫情下餐飲業點樣拉客,做好服務,呢間就擺明倒自己米,無下次,完!

好有同感呀。。。今晚成家人去打邊爐,諗住d食物唔錯啦,食左成$2800 ...但d服務真係唔好Q差,黑口黑面,叫人加水又扮聽唔到,埋單收錢多謝都冇聲,一定冇下次,貼錢買難受👎👎👎
