To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 一個人的下午茶，價錢不算平但勝左環境唔錯

今次黎到奧海城，其實主要係想飲杯啡休息一下，所以去左間唔算太多人晚Cafe，一坐就坐左兩個幾鐘啦除左飲咖啡，當日仲叫左個小食，黑松露薯條，不過呢度個薯係用粗薯條的，我個人就比較喜歡幼身，食落會脆身少少但係熱辣辣既薯條其實點都好食的，同埋好驚喜既係佢仲有蕃薯條添，搞到我當日不停咁食曬D 蕃薯條佢個黑松露醬唔算係好出色，味道偏酸左少少，上面既芝士係用左車打芝士，所以個溶點唔算好高，無拉絲既感覺，但整體口味OK 的而咖啡我就揀左佢地最Signature 既Rose Latte ，飲落香甜而又有咖啡既甘味，佢杯咖係真係做得唔錯的坐下飲下，之後就會想食甜品，所以我就叫左個Crepe啦，佢上面有不少士多啤梨同雪糕，個皮唔算好煙韌果種，不過好有小麥香，係幾好食既整體黎講，呢度既咖啡確實係有D水準的，而甜品既味道都唔錯，唯獨係佢既價錢普遍偏貴，間中食一餐都可以既
