To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 簡直係沒有下次,晚餐叫左個套餐,追加左一個上湯龍蝦伊麵,點知個伊面淡而無味,連小朋友都話無味唔肯食。 我要求退左個伊面再叫其他嘢食,個經理同我講話換個伊面底再叫廚房煮過比我,我堅持唔要,佢游說我咁話 「佢地做飲食業唔想嘥嘢。」;咁佢叫廚房煮過比我,咁都係要抛左我無味的伊面再煮比我,我話真係無味我唔要啦!迫我係到嘈佢。 竹生豆腐煲完全無未,個豆鼓雞煲又過份喊,連佢出名的葡汁釀響螺都唔太熱。今天的晚餐簡直係失敗之選,呢間翠園有人請食飯,我都會叫人不要去,送兩個字「Black List」
