To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 終於搵返呢間野啦....... 以前我好LIKE呢間野，都幾常黎食，但自從佢係雅蘭「撤離」，仲以為佢已經摺埋... 今次俾朋友搵到，梗係一齊黎食啦!叫左2款以前叫過既 --- 西湖牛肉羮同乾燒伊麵，味道同之前唔同左(定係太耐冇黎食，錯覺?!)，但都好食，前者味道好香，想特別讚下。另外叫左手撕雞、五柳魚塊同南乳齋煲。前者唔OK，似肉絲多D... 中間上菜時好熱(好熱氣>_<)，但連入面都比較乾身... 後者上菜時發出最愛既「沙沙」聲，滾住上，色香俱有，不過食落味道略淡(可能唔關廚師事，係我個人近年變得重口味...)。
