To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好多時唔知食咩嘅時候就會去食麵，但係冇諗住食麵就一定好求其😆旺角呢間霓虹光管做裝飾嘅麵店好有誠意👍🏻「鐵三角蠉鮑蟹海鮮湯幼麵」嘅湯頭有好濃郁嘅海鮮味，味道香濃鮮甜，原來店家係用太涼嘅海宇同埋蝦頭熬製而成。由於比較杰身，每一條麵條都掛上湯汁，好正。配上青口、蟹柳、蜆、蠔同鮑魚，所有鮮味出曬嚟😆「好鬼補雞湯麵」嘅雞湯係由雞骨熬製而成，湯頭清淡而不膩，有濃郁嘅雞香味，配上花膠、魚肚、冬菇、雞件。雞肉係冇骨嘅肉質好滑。小食黄金單骨雞翼炸得香脆，外皮充滿鹹蛋黃嘅鹹香味，好邪惡不過勁滋味🤣而黃金炸生蠔都幾大隻，咬落去好creamy又juicy。
