以前唔係咁鐘意食呢類一人燒肉店,總係覺得肉質無咁靚。不過呢間新開嘅一人燒肉館好吸引🤩因為見到佢有熟成牛🐮精選牛小排(50g)+熟成牛小排(50g)套餐套餐配沙律,白飯,日式熱茶。新開業,店員都會每枱講吓唔同燒肉適宜沾邊種醬。熟成牛小排係適宜加入鹽同黑胡椒,熟成牛經長時間風乾後,風味集中且質地較為結實,帶有獨特香氣,估唔到小店都可以食到。霜降一口牛(100g)一口牛就係正正方方,肉粒厚實,要慢慢燒先會熟。燒果陣轉多啲,熟度更加平均。建議沾上燒肉汁及鹽味蒜蓉燒汁,更加惹味。
