To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 還有辣醬芝士可選擇!!!

生菜沙律是簡單的新鮮生菜加上紫菜及麻油;
鵪鶉蛋微鹹都幾入味, 不過膽固醇頗高, 都係不宜食太多~~

鍋肴有蔥竹輪卷, 淮山竹輪 (原本的是福袋年糕來)
另外的就是附有的竹筒免治雞肉, 當中混合雞軟肉在內;
增加了咬口, 但肉質有點 "鞋"身不夠滑''*

這是其中一款牛:美國上級牛肋肉
半肥半瘦的肥牛, 脂肪分佈都算平均, 食落牛味濃及有咬口!!!

我這碟熊本豚腩肉脂肪較多, 肉較少;
食落啖啖都係油脂, 如果分佈可以平均點就更好!!

靚牛就梗係留到最後先食啦~~
分別有:佐賀 A5黑毛和牛 (左)‧澳洲 M9和牛牛肩 (右)

澳洲 M9和牛牛肩無咁多雪花油脂, 食落較有口感, 牛味會更濃郁點;
而佐賀 A5黑毛和油脂分佈十分平均, 雪花較多, 有入口半溶化的口感, 很嫩滑呢!!!

這個野菜五品盛分別有:原個生菜, 小松菜, 椰菜, 甘筍絲, 啡金菇

全部都係由日本直送到港, 好新鮮又甘甜美味!!!!

好彩既話可以坐近 D 窗門既話, 就可以一邊望住維港夜景一邊打邊爐~~
