朋友介紹旺角有間新開燒肉店,今日行完行就咁岩見到佢喇。餐廳佈置充滿日本風格,主打一人一爐嘅日式燒肉。用QR code 落單會發現有好多menu上未有嘅新菜式。整體味道唔錯,其實多幾個人一齊黎都得😂鹿兒島和牛盛:套餐有3款肉牛仔骨、肩胛肉、西冷、前菜沙律、麵豉湯。牛肉份量都多,相對呢個價錢而言,肉嘅質素比想像中嘅優質,油脂油花滿佈每片牛肉。燒完入口都感受到爆油感覺。最鍾意調味料除咗玫瑰岩鹽同黑椒外,「牛油汁」令每片肉再度大大提升口嫩滑口感吉列豬扒咖喱丼:店員介紹係即炸豬排。預先切好上格。口感真係外脆內軟,豬扒比平時嫩口,多汁。配上平時都食到嘅日式咖喱汁,多汁。真係幾唔錯紫菜溫泉蛋丼:滿滿紫菜碎加上流心溫泉蛋。入口咸咸地又滑嫩無比嘅蛋皇醬。充飽胃口同時又夠簡單好味😋
