自從洲際港畔自助餐的質素再次下跌後,我和惡人已轉戰酒店內的米芝蓮一星扒房 - 「The STEAK HOUSE Winebar + Grill」。因為牌照限制,使用炭爐的食肆已越來越少,Steak House便是全香港唯一使用木炭烤爐的西餐廳,據說店內的炭爐已有數十年歷史啊~ 在朋友的推介下,上月第一次光顧此西餐廳,特地試試只有周末才供應的Semi-Buffet Lunch(半自助午餐)客人可點選一份主餐,另設自助沙律區及自助甜品廳,果汁及奶昔亦可無限添飲喜歡喝酒的話,可另加HK$200無限暢飲店內的紅酒、香檳每張桌上均放了八款不同產地的高級天然鹽包括:Peruvian Pink(秘魯粉紅鹽)、Chardonnay Oak Smoked(法國白酒橡木煙燻鹽)、Murray River(澳洲墨累河鹽)、lttica d’Or Sicilian(西西里海鹽)、Alaea Hawaiian(夏威夷海鹽)Himalayan Pink(喜瑪拉雅山粉紅鹽)、Gris de Guerande(法國天然灰鹽)、Cyprus Flake(地中海塞浦路斯片鹽)果汁都是鮮榨的,可選橙汁、西柚汁或番茄汁先往沙

餐廳裝潢簡約潔淨,大型落地玻璃盡覽醉人的維港海景,寬敞的真皮廂座讓人感到份外悠閒舒適,不知不覺便消磨了半個下午。

食物質素: ★★★★☆
牛排質素水準甚高,調味、火喉均控制得宜,沙律及甜品則較普通。下次會試試其他主菜~

服務態度: ★★★★★
一直以來洲際酒店的服務質素從來都是我和惡人多次光顧的主要原因之一,Steak House的服務員明顯秉承酒店的服務態度,專業、親切。由進餐廳那一刻已感受到服務員的體貼,細心為客人解釋餐牌內容、岩鹽出處、芥末分別等,談吐斯文有禮,讓食客感到舒服自在。
