氣溫近終回落有涼快既感覺,9,10月除左係我最鍾意既時間,同時又係食大閘蟹既季節。最近原來利寶閣有120分鐘 大閘蟹All You Can Eat! $488大閘蟹烹調方法,分別為清蒸、花雕蒸、鹽油焗3種煮法。啖啖滿足幸福感,幸福就係咁簡單。蟹膏甘香美味,蟹肉夠鮮甜。唔會細隻得似bb蟹,絕對抵食。試左咁多款各有特色,不過我自己最鍾意都係清蒸。因為蟹夠新鮮,就咁清蒸已經夠哂鮮甜食到最原味。鹽油焗大閘蟹第一次試呢個食法,估唔到幾特別,外層有一股鹹香同香蔥既味道。其中每位只限1隻既花雕醉蟹(凍食),有別於平時既口感,蟹膏變得有更有質感。當然唔會淨係得大閘蟹咁單調,招牌京式片皮鴨,生炒糯米飯以及多款甜品任點任食仲會每位送蠔皇8頭鮑花菇一隻及原盅花螺頭花膠燉湯一份。招牌京式片皮鴨 — 由於即叫即片,所以片皮鴨就要排一排隊。不過眼見源源不絕,每次都拎2隻出黎,大家大可以放心。如果肚餓更加可以request 要隻髀食下,油甘肉多。生炒糯米飯 — 糯米飯依然軟糯,飯底唔會有成層油,非常出色。楊枝甘露好好味,真材實料。絕對冇偷工減料。幸好同朋友一早就叫左2碗,因為到尾聲既時候已經供不應求。不得不提枱與枱

不得不提枱與枱之間有petition,所以除左私隱度提升一百倍
感覺更安全更衛生,重點就算食得都幾核突無儀態都唔會人睇度。

需要為員工平反一下,上菜速度都夠快,並非好似某啲評語所言勁耐先上菜。
而且都冇出現漏單情況。雖然人手不足,但眼見員工都依然有笑容、有禮貌。

大家要量力而為,記得唔好浪費食物啦!
