龍蝦喇沙也很好,湯底非常濃郁,另壺奉上,吃時倒入碗內,確保不會浸腍底下的粗米粉。

龍蝦已經起肉,鮮甜美味,非常新鮮;魚片爽口彈牙,也是高質;唯一不滿意的是大蝦,淡而無味,可能要換一換來貨了。

甜品一炮三響,有榴蓮忌廉泡芙、黑西米露椰漿和斑蘭烘糕,三款都不錯,香氣十足而不會過甜。榴蓮忌廉泡芙以貓山王榴蓮製成,味道香濃,不過太細粒了,不夠喉;黑西米露椰漿充滿椰香,我一口氣像喝糖水般吞下;斑蘭烘糕帶點煙靭口感,淡淡斑蘭香,也是不錯的選擇。

Rojak是馬拉沙律,多以油炸鬼配蔬果,用辣椒膏和蝦膏炒成的Rojak醬,帶微辣,十分惹味。今天的蔬果有青瓜、沙葛等,新鮮爽口,油炸鬼炸得脆卜卜,豆卜吸收了醬汁,確是很好的開胃菜。

Char-grilled Chicken Satay $88

不可錯過的還有沙嗲雞肉串,雞肉外層微焦,內裡仍軟嫰Juicy,吃時別忘了蘸一下沙嗲醬,甜甜的帶花生香氣,我們吃到最後,將伴碟的青瓜和洋蔥都蘸醬吃掉。

巴東和牛肉配椰漿飯也是今日重點,大廚以香茅、高良薑、香料等,將和牛面頰燜至軟腍入味,椰漿飯則蒸得軟身帶椰香,我喜歡吃時撈一些參巴辣醬,更加惹味!伴碟的炸魚仔和花生很香口,我的朋友當它是小吃,吃個不停。

Hokkien Seafood Noodles $138

看這碟福建海鮮摻摻麵色澤較淡,我以為它會淡而無味,試一口,卻是喜出望外,麵條都有香濃海鮮味,細問之下,原來濃湯用上了大蝦熬製,麵條內還有魷魚、大蝦、五花腩肉等等,很豐富呢!
