嘩!今次同朋友去食潮州菜 原來真係好好食架是日燉湯:係蟲草花燉雞,香濃的湯水,非常滋潤,作為晚餐之選,又係幾唔錯之後就上主角啦!鹵水鵝肉拼盤:呢個菜我最中意鹵水鵝 夠入味,肉質又細又香,份外好食潮州蠔烙好金黃呀,蛋香極濃而且薯粉煙韌,好唔錯呀而呢味:沙茶牛肉炒河就有好香濃的味道,辣中帶甜,河粉好滑朋友又叫左碟:南乳羅漢齋煲;好出色既齋煲,南乳味夠晒出,係偷飯賊脆口野好0岩我食,所以朋友推介呢款:黃金炸雙棗 係潮州特色炸物,入口有蝦肉,又有爽脆粒粒馬蹄 一邊傾計,一邊食脆口野,特別開心甜品:蛋白杏仁茶,磨我好細好滑,香到一個點
