  莆田的蟶子節終於強勢回歸,我當然不會錯過,趁著瑞午節假期,就來尖沙咀分店開餐。這次餐廳還特別加入新煮法,8款菜式當中,紅菇鮮蟶湯及叁芭爆蟶肉都是新菜式,$198可以任選2款,非常抵食。蒜蓉蒸蟶子 廚師將蟶子開邊,再加上大量蒜蓉清蒸,蟶子肉質爽脆香甜,帶有濃濃蒜香。花雕蒸蟶子 相比蒜蓉蒸蟶子,個人更愛花雕清蒸,以陳年花雕清蒸後,有提鮮作用,入口帶有濃濃酒香,味道爽甜,鮮味十足。冰浸苦瓜苦瓜切成薄片後金,以冰鎮方式放上,入口冰冰涼涼,點上蜜糖後,苦中帶甜,非常特別。莆田荔枝肉這個菜有點像咕嚕肉,不過,由於加了荔枝,所以味道比咕嚕肉更甜美,入口帶有荔枝果香,佐飯一流。莆田扁肉湯扁肉有點像魚皮餃,餃皮口感煙韌,餡料帶有肉香,配上紫菜湯,味道超搭。興化炒米粉米粉帶有濃濃米香,而內裏材料十足,有蜆肉、韮菜、花生、豆卜及紫菜,層次豐富,口感清爽。
