我一直以為莆田係日本菜黎架!佢天藍色既牌面,簡約風格既裝修完全冇諗過係食中菜!仲要係福建菜!有朋友向我推薦呢間餐廳話好抵食又好好食!就試試啦!今期熱賣紅菇,枱面上都有佢既模型~率先上左前菜係滷水花生黃豆~好入味又唔太咸!好食!蝦苗拌頭水紫菜$52/例「頭水紫菜」係每年首次採摘既紫菜,營養價值比之後採摘既高!配上小蝦米同香醋,爽口開胃,口感同味道有D似中華沙律。酥炒芋心$89/例芋頭係「檳榔芋」,質地較鬆軟綿綿,師傅炒得香,外酥內軟,而外面有煎得金黃色既糖片,一點點甜。好食!!!莆田滷麵$82自家製滷汁,加上12種食材,以文火烹調出濃湯‌~而麵條十分有咬口!有菜、蜆肉、大蝦、豆卜等配菜,十分豐富!!!好有農家家常菜既感覺~我十分喜歡呢個麵!!!百秒黃花魚$69用100秒蒸熟黃花魚,肉質嫩滑,可惜就比較多骨‌⋯⋯魚湯好香濃,有強勁薑味!紅菇燉土雞$198/例第一次聽有紅菇呢樣野聽侍應姐姐講解,原來紅菇係好珍貴因為佢生長成熟後要係四小時內收割咁先可以保留佢最高晚營養價值!個湯火候好足,師傅用文火慢煲黑腳土雞四小時十分足料!熬完湯底之後放入紅菇,佢獨有的香味就慢慢溶入雞湯裡飲完我覺得成身都好暖
