Restaurant: 傷心酸辣粉 (砵蘭街)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 捱左一星期終於到星期六放下假,第一次係Lunch時段食雞煲,聽落好奢侈,但都幾抵食·🐔重慶麻辣雞煲 (半隻 HKD 199)店員強烈推薦呢個二人餐比我地,因為除左雞煲之外仲可以配A,B,C,D四樣火鍋配料,我地揀左肥牛,芝士腸,薯仔片。比個份量嚇親多到呢🙈雞肉好滑嫩,而且都好入味!薯仔片可以按照個人口感嘅喜好去調整烹調時間,我自己就鐘意食爽脆D🤤肥牛切得幾厚身!最正都係最後落埋米線煮,索哂d味🤪·🥚貢菜皮蛋 (HKD 30)皮蛋真係一定要有調味先會食🤣皮蛋外層較淺色,顏色通透有層次,口感都幾香滑!仲好香蒜味!·🌶傷心酸辣油 (HKD 28)一直都想試下到底外面嘅辣椒油究竟真係辣定得個香字,今日見到順便買埋,因為辣椒油正在可以用黎煮野食/點燒賣食都得🤤
