今次終於一嚐韓燒過江龍喜來稀肉,剛好係萬聖節,唔只布置有氣氛,連店員都貼咗膠布,開頭諗咗陣究竟係咁啱一齊受傷定點,其後發現係造型,真係相當有心思。店內地方寬敞,座位之間唔會太近。每個爐上就直接係抽煙機,唔會太大陣烤肉同油味飄揚。配菜區可以任拎,有韓式嘅配料包括:生菜🥬、泡菜、醃蘿蔔等等,等你可以生菜包肉。調味料都充足,甜醬油、麻油、豆瓣醬,連wasabi都有。💡辣韓豚五花肉 $180呢款係新推出,平時鍾意食牛多過豬,點知我超鍾意呢款。先係調味夠入味,係韓式嘅甜辣,肉質好腍,肉汁又夠。始終係五花肉,怕太油就可以包生菜,加埋泡菜(私心好鍾意呢度嘅泡菜,唔會太酸)。💡喜來烤肉 $158喜來烤肉砌到一朵花咁🌸,記得燒前沾下底嘅醬汁,一燒起真是香氣四溢。醬汁味道甜甜地,唔洗沾醬都夠味,而且係薄切,一咬可以感受咁質感同味道,難怪會係招牌~睇得又食得!💡牛護心肉 $160聽朋友講一定要試護心肉,所以就點返一碟。護心肉係豬橫膈膜同肝之間既肉筋,每隻豬得200-300g咋!脂肪少所以口感結實厚身,冇脂肪唔怕會柴,因為肉嘅彈性唔錯。💡牛五花 $158本來叫咗三碟,但開啟咗食肉之門,忍唔住又試多一碟,叫咗最

💡牛五花 $158
本來叫咗三碟,但開啟咗食肉之門,忍唔住又試多一碟,叫咗最邪惡嘅牛五花。可惜飽飽地,叫唔到碗飯,相信油分滲落白飯會好香,但我唯有繼續包生菜,同樣好好食。菜都中和咗油膩感,牛五花嘅肉香真係好正!🥩

💡泡菜 & 芝士爐邊蛋
爐邊蛋免費任添,我自己比較大膽,鍾意食7成熟,蛋漿未完全熟晒好滑又香,仲拉到芝士絲。🍳



店員全程照顧周到,我呢啲手腳笨拙人士,包親生菜又咬唔斷,肉汁由尾巴都流晒落隻手。店員好醒目遞上濕紙巾,枱上都仲有酒精噴霧,唔怕食到隻手都痴笠笠👐🏻,呢種貼心程度真係好抵讚。
