收工後約咗朋友來這間隱世日本餐廳,餐廳位於上環的大街,門外用上木條裝飾,調低得來沒有太顯眼的招牌,整體好有日本街角的感覺。.🍶🍶Sake Pairing | $788 🍶🍶.Enishi Junmai Ginjo第一枝酒係enishi house sake,有米香味,清爽微甜,每杯酒80ml,都幾大杯😲。Ceviche 有蝦、三文魚,紅椒、洋蔥,味道酸酸🍋的好開胃,蝦肉爽口,洋蔥味香濃;另外一塊蝦片脆脆。Karaage 唐揚炸雞用雞大腿肉,肉質滑溜,外皮脆內有肉汁,加上七味粉及月見燒汁,底下有清甜的椰菜絲。Yukiotoko Aiyama Junmaisake只於日本🇯🇵當地縣內發售,主廚特意安排進口,所以呢枝係香港只有enishi 獨有🥇。酒味口感順滑,不會太乾。Gyoza店員介紹遠廚係香港住咗十幾年,受點心啟發,外型好似小籠包,🥟餃子饀有洋蔥粒,醬汁酸而且都幾辣。Maitake Tempura 舞菇🍄加檸檬汁好清新,炸粉薄又脆,菇易咬。Akabu Junmai Daiginjo最後一枝我最鍾意❤️,味道甜容易入口,口感均勻,相信配搭不同菜式都好適合。Vegetable Pickles
